To create an account at 38bet, the user must:
Registration requires your full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid mobile number for SMS verification, and an email address. All information provided must be accurate and up to date. Registering with false information will result in immediate account suspension and possible withholding of any pending balance pending a compliance review.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered solely in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third parties, credit cards in another person's name, or bank accounts held by someone other than the 38bet user are not accepted. Deposits identified as coming from third parties will be returned.
38bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of that institution, not the platform.
The minimum withdrawal at 38bet is R$ 30.00. The preferred withdrawal method is Pix, processed in an average of 5 to 15 minutes, available 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays. 38bet charges no withdrawal fees — the amount requested is the amount credited in full to the user's account.

The VIP Program cashback is calculated on net weekly losses (total wagered minus winnings). The percentage varies by VIP tier: 3% (Bronze), 5% (Silver), 8% (Gold), 13% (Platinum), and 20% (Diamond). The VIP cashback from 38bet has a rollover of just 1x — the received amount must be wagered once before withdrawal, with no minimum bet required on any specific category.
The rollover requirement for specific bonuses is disclosed alongside each offer. Unused bonuses that expire within the stated validity period are automatically cancelled with no refund. Bonus balances do not earn interest and may not be used to enter certain VIP tournaments unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All bets at 38bet are subject to acceptance by the platform, which may refuse or limit bets at any time without providing a reason — particularly in cases of incorrect odds, events that have already started, or market limits being reached. A bet is considered accepted only when the system issues a confirmation with a unique identifier.
If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or suspended before completion, all related bets will be fully refunded as available balance for new bets. Exceptions apply to bets where the outcome was already determined before the interruption — in such cases, the bet may be settled normally in accordance with the rules of the specific market.
Odds errors — values that are clearly incorrect and deviate significantly from the market — may result in bet cancellation and a full refund to the user. The 38bet will notify the user by email if a bet is cancelled due to an odds error. Bets placed with clear knowledge of an odds error will not be honored.
For live betting, there may be a delay between the actual event and the odds update on the platform. 38bet uses automated systems to minimize this delay, but bets placed based on events that have already occurred (bets placed with advance knowledge of the result) are considered invalid and will be cancelled.
All casino games available on the 38bet — slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games, and game shows — use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories and, in the case of the live casino, real dealers streamed in real time by regulated providers. The RTP (return to player) for each game is disclosed by the provider and available within the game interface.
If a technical failure occurs during a casino round — connection drop, server error, or game software issue — the affected round will be cancelled and the wagered amount returned to the user's balance. 38bet is not liable for losses resulting from failures in the user's internet connection.
In crash games such as Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman, the outcome of each round is determined by a certified algorithm before the round begins. The decision to cash out before the multiplier crashes is entirely the user's. 38bet does not interfere with the outcome of any round.
The VIP Program at 38bet consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with progression based on points accumulated from bets placed on the platform. Enrollment is automatic for all registered users, with no separate sign-up required.
VIP points are calculated based on the betting category: Live Casino earns 3 points per R$10.00 wagered; crash games earn 2.5 points; Sports Betting earns 2 points; and slots earn 1.5 points. Points are credited automatically once the bet is settled.
The 38bet reserves the right to adjust point conversion rates, level requirements, and the benefits associated with each VIP level, with 7 days' prior notice by email to affected users. Benefits already earned at a given level will not be retroactively removed without just cause.
VIP Points are retained for up to 90 days of account inactivity. After that period, a partial reduction may occur in accordance with the specific terms of the VIP Program, available in the VIP section of the platform.

Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, or bet) for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 38bet will notify the user by email before taking any action on an inactive account.
